糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞的内皮显微镜观察

使用接触型角膜内皮显微镜摄像观察了糖尿病患者６０只眼内皮细胞形态学的变化。结果表明：糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞的密度与正常人同年龄组比较，差异无显著性；内皮细胞非六边形的比率，患者组较正常同年龄组明显升高。说明细胞构型紊乱很可能是糖尿病患者内皮细胞功能异常的病理学基础。

AbstractThe corneal endothelia of 60 eves of diabetic pa-tients were studied by contact specular microscopy tofind that the mean cell density differed insignificantlyfrom that Of the normal controls;however,the percen-tage of non-hexagonal cells was significantly higher inthe diabetics than in normal controls.The disturbancein cellular structure might be the pathological basis ofendothelial dysfunction ikn diabetes.
