On the Construction of Intellectual Property Strategic Management System in Chinese Enterprises

知识产权战略在企业发展战略中的地位日益显著,企业要有效实施知识产权战略就应当构建知识产权管理体系。首先分析了知识产权战略管理过程和战略管理工作构成,再从企业知识产权管理机构的设置,相关管理制度的制定和完善,企业知识产权管理信息平台的构建,以及企业知识产权管理评估体系等方面探讨我国企业知识产权战略管理体系的构建。

As intellectual strategy becomes more and more important in enterprise's development, the (enterprise) should construct the intellectual strategic management system to implement its intellectual (strategy). This article aims to research the compositions of intellectual property strategy and the procedure of its implementation; then the authors analyze how to set up the intellectual management system in regard of the management institution, the relative management rules, the information infrastructure and the (valuation) of intellectual property.
