摘要
在系统分析声誉理论的基础上 ,本文提出地方声誉是一种地方性公共产品。以地方声誉建设促进地方经济发展是有效的发展战略 ,政府管制在地方声誉建设中起核心作用。政府管制存在管制俘虏、管制冲突等失灵现象 ,这些现象都不利于地方声誉建设。管制理念、管制网络和管制工具的创新是克服管制失灵。
Based on the analysis of reputation theory, this pap er points out local reputation is a kind of local public goods. Local reputation construction is an effective strategy of local development, and regulation is a crucial power. Reg ulation failure such as regulation captive and regulation conflict will produce adverse effects on local reputation construction and economic development. Innov ation of regulation ideas, networks and tools will decrease regulation failure a nd promote local reputation construction and economic development.
