Design and Construction of Light Floating Bridge for Xinfeng River Bridge

新丰江特大桥轻型浮桥采用钢板卷制成圆桶状的浮鼓,利用水浮力形成主要承重系统,并在其上铺设槽钢和钢板护栏等,形成桥面通行系统,介绍该桥的设计与施工工艺。

As regards the light floating bridge for Xinfeng River Bridge construction, the drum-shape pontoons of the bridge rolled with steel plates are used as the principal carrying system that takes advantage of water buoyancy. On the pontoons, the channel steels, steel plates and railings are set to form an access deck. In this paper, the design and construction technology of the floating bridge is presented.
