内蒙古西部电网“黑启动”试验

Black Start-up Test of West Inner Mongolia Network

内蒙古电力调度通信中心根椐蒙西电网的实际情况和特点,会同华北电科院,研究了利用网内唯一的水电机组,即万家寨水电机组作为启动电源,通过多条启动路径进行“黑启动”的方案,并选择了万家寨水电站、薛家湾变电站、神华准格尔电厂的启动路径,于2004年11月10日成功地进行了“黑启动”现场试验。

Based on the actual situation and characteristics of Wast Inner Mongolia Network,the Dispatching and Communication Center worked closely with North China Electric Power Research Institute on black start up scheme,which uses the only hydraulic unit in the network as start up power supply and realizes black start up via several start up routes including Wanjiazhai Hydraulic Power Station,Xuejiawan Substation and Shenhua Zhungeer Power Plant,the site test of black start up past successfully in November 10,2004.
