摘要
河北南网全停后可以利用邻近电网进行恢复,即分别从华中电网的获嘉、华北电网的房山和山西电网的娘子关三侧取得电源。恢复路径分别为河南获嘉侧5条路径,华北京津唐电网房山侧5条路径与娘子关电厂侧恢复路径。利用PSCAD/WMTDC程序对各条恢复路径过电压进行了计算,结果表明除娘子关电厂方案的一些工频过电压超过了规程规定外,其它有避雷器和高抗的方案中过电压基本能够满足规程要求,可以作为河北南网进行系统全停后的可行的恢复方案。
South Hebei Power Network can be restored with conjoint networks such as the Hujia Station of Center China Network,the Fangshan Station of North China Network or Shanxi Network when it blackouts.The restoration paths include 5 paths at Huojia Station of Henan Network,5 paths at Fangshan Station of Jing Jin Tang Network and Niangziguan Power Plant path respectively.Overvoltage of each restoration path is calculated using software PSCAD/EMTDC.Results show that overvoltage of each path with lightning arrester and HV reactor except Niangziguan Power Plant path accords with the items of regulations.These schemes may be the feasable restoration schemes when South Hebei network blackouts.
