摘要
目的探讨割治法对偏头痛的治疗作用。方法采用割治法治疗偏头痛100例。结果治愈49例,显效22例,有效15例,总有效率为86%。随访1年复发率为4%。结论割治法对偏头痛的治疗效果确切,且可明显降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of TCM cutting therapy on migraine. Method To treat 100 cases of migraine with TCM cutting therapy. Result There were 49 cases cured, 22 with significant effect and 15 with effective results. The total effective rate was 86 %. The recurrent rate was 4 % after following visits for one year. Conclusion The TCM cutting therapy has a reliable curative effect on migraine and can decrease the recurrent rate significantly.
