The advanced character is essential character of the Marxism Party, and also the heart of the life and strength of the Chinese Communist Party. Carrying out education focused on it is an important measure for the Party to maintain the advanced character forever by spreading the ideology of 'Three Representative's. To maintain the advanced character of the Party members is to master basic requirements of it correctly in their minds and to improve the capacity in power of the Party in the practice.
