摘要
介绍了一种采用两个具有相同质径积激振电机的自同步椭圆振动筛,其具有筛堵现象轻微,处理量大、结构简单、维护保养方便等特点,在众多自同步椭圆振动筛中成本较低。为了建立该种自同步椭圆振动筛较为简便而实用的设计方法,考虑其在惯性区工作,略去弹簧力和阻尼力的影响,通过建立其动力学方程,导出了该振动筛实现平动椭圆运动的条件,由Hamilton原理建立了两电机轴间相位差角的计算公式,以及振动筛的自同步运转和稳定运转条件。研究结果表明:两电机轴自同步稳定运转时相位差角为零,且两电机轴线中点在筛箱铅垂面内必须与筛箱的总质心重合时,该振动筛可实现平动椭圆运动;在满足自同步条件和稳定性条件时,两电机轴间就能实现自同步稳定运转。运用上述结论可以方便地设计出一种高性能的自同步平动椭圆振动筛。
A self-synchronism and elliptic motion shaker excited by two motors with coordinate mass-semidiameter is introduced in the paper and it is characterized by a little screen blinding, great treatment capacity, simple structure and convenient upkeep and maintenance, etc. Its cost is the lowest one in numerous self-synchronism and elliptic motion shakers. In order to establish a simple, convenient and practical design method for such a shaker, the effects of the spring and damping forces were omitted in consideration of the shaker running in inertia zone; the conditions of the shaker implementing uniform elliptic motion were derived through setting up its dynamic equation; and the calculation formula of the phase differential angle between two motor-shafts, and the self-synchronistic and stable operation conditions were determined according to Hamilton principle. The research results indicated that, when the phase differential angle between two motor-shafts running self-synchronously and steadily was equal to zero and the centers of the two motor-axes should be coincident with the total mass center of shaker deck within its vertical plane, the shaker could realized uniform elliptic motion;i and when the self-synchronism and stability conditions were satisfied, the two motor-shafts could run self-synchronously and steadily. A self-synchronism and uniform elliptic motion shaker may be conveniently designed by applying the conclusions mentioned above.
