轮南油田天然气处理联合装置生产工艺的优化 被引量:4

摘要 塔里木油田轮南作业区天然气站共有5套油、气处理装置:40×104 m3/a轻烃回收装置;400×104 t/a原油稳定装置;90×104 m3/a气举装置;液化气、轻烃储运站;8×104 m3/a轻烃综合利用厂。这5 套装置在生产流程上既紧密相联,又互相制约、相互影响,其中任何一套装置的运行平稳与否直接关系到其他装置的运行。文章旨在分析研究这5套装置相互间的制约因素,并在现有工艺流程及生产条件的基础上制定合理的优化方案,充分挖掘装置生产潜能,提高生产效益。 There are 5 oil/gas treating plants in the gas station of Lunnan production zone of Talimu oilfield, including the 40 × 104 m 3/a light hydrocarbon recovering plant, the 400 × 10 4 t/a crude oil stabilizer, 90 × 104 m3/a gas lift unit, the LNG and light hydrocarbon storing station, and the 8 × 104 m3/a integrative light hydrocarbon utilizing plant. The 5 plants are relating as well as restricting and affecting each other. The running of anyone of them will directly influence the running of others. The article investigates the restrictive factors between the 5 plants and proposes the proper optimization program based on the current process flow-sheet and operation conditions to fully tap the potential of the plants and improve the operation benefits.
