The network environment, which gives the consultancy service new connotation, makes the traditional consultancy service deepen. This paper discusses on the new features of the consultancy service of university library under the network environment, probes into the construction and perfection of the consultancy service system, and puts forward some countermeasures for further doing well the consultancy service of university library.
