摘要
奖励制度在图书馆建设中起着不可低估的作用。不少图书馆在进行奖励时所采取的是“利益均沾”,不能使奖励真正发挥其应有的作用。为此,提出了强化差别效应、强化奖金以外的激励因素等比较科学、合理的奖励方法和手段,并指出在奖励的指导思想上应坚持精神奖励和物质奖励、个人奖励和群体奖励、奖励和惩罚的三个统一。
This paper puts forwa rd some more scientific and rational reward methods and measures such as strengthe ning the difference effect, and strengthening the motivation factors except bonu s, etc., and points out that the guiding thought of the reward should persist in the uniform of the spiritual reward and the physical reward, the uniform of the personal reward and the collective reward, and the uniform of the reward and th e punishment.
