The Agricultural Sci-tech Innovation Development and the Technical Diffuseness of Shanxi Province

依据农业科技创新体系建设的高起点、高水平、高效益原则,在有限物力和财力的条件下,立足山西,瞄准山西中长期农业发展目标,以技术创新为核心,以体制创新和制度创新为基础,按科学规划、分类指导、试点先行、稳步推进的思路,探讨了山西省农业科技创新体系和技术扩散体系建设。提出了以农业科技创新为主线,突出生物工程、信息技术和设施农业技术及其传播与扩散;加速高新技术产业的发展,显著提高山西省农业科技创新能力的山西省农业科技创新与技术扩散发展的发展思路。

Acco rd ing to the principles of higher starting post, higher level and higher efficienc y for the construction of agricultural sci-tech innovation system, under the con ditions of limited material and financial resources, aiming at Shanxi's medium a nd long-term agricultural development target, taking the technical innovation as the core, based on the structural innovation and system innovation, and followi ng the conception of scientific projection, assorted guidance, advanced experime ntal points and steady promotion, this paper probes into the construction of Sha nxi's agricultural sci-tech innovation system and technical diffuseness system, and puts forward the developing ideas for Shanxi's agricultural sci-tech innovat ion system and technical diffuseness system, which include taking the agricultur al sci-tech innovation as the main line, laying stress on the dissemination and diffuseness of the bioengineering, information technique and facility agricultur al technique, promoting the development of the high-and-new industries, and incr easing Shanxi's agricultural sci-tech innovation ability, etc.
