Strengthening the construction of the legal system and carrying out the management of the enterprise in conformity with the legal provisions, which are the objective requirements for enterprise to lift its international competitive power, are the urgent needs of establishing the modern enterprise system and strengthening the management of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the legal system of the electronic power enterprise, and discusses on the functions of the management of the enterprise in conformity with the legal provisions of the electronic power enterprise from different angles.
