我国焦炭行业产业政策和贸易政策的选择

Selection of the Industrial Policy and the Trade Policy of Chinese Coke Industry

作为世界最大的焦炭出口国及生产国,我国焦炭行业在产销量不断增加的大背景下,正面临着炼焦煤灰分过高、出口秩序混乱、附加值低、污染度高等一系列问题,对此我国已采取了一定的调控措施,但仍需进一步改进。针对我国焦炭业的现状与所存问题,从政府和企业两个角度阐述了我国焦炭行业产业政策选择的问题,强调了规范政府审批、加强配额管理、完善企业自身建设等问题。

As the greatest exporter and producer of coke, Chinese coke industry is facing a series of problems such as the overhigh dust contents, confused order of the export, lower added value, and higher pollution degree, etc., although the output and quantity sold are increasing continuously. Our country has taken some measurements, but there are still something to be improved. Aimed at the situation of Chinese coke industry, this paper expounds the problem of the selection of the industrial policy on the view of both the government and corporations, puts emphasis on the standardization of examination and approval of the government, strengthen the management of quotation, improve the status of the corporations and so on.
