浅议期权激励思想在煤矿企业安全管理中的应用

Discussion on the Application of the Idea of Option Motivation in the Safety Management of the Coal Enterprises

针对传统管理手段和方法难以解决我国煤矿安全事故居高不下的问题,提出了将期权激励思想运用到煤矿企业安全管理中的解决办法,以期有效降低煤矿安全事故的发生。

In the ligh t of the problem that the higher safety accident ratio of our country's coal mines is difficult to reduce by using the traditional means and methods, this paper p uts forward the solving method of applying the idea of the option motivation int o the safety management of the coal mines for the purpose of reducing the safety accidents effectively of the coal mines.
