介绍了企业财务风险的涵义及分类,阐述了有效防范企业财务风险的预警系统——整体财务预警系统和财务预警子系统,并从企业筹资风险的防范、投资风险的防范、收入回收风险的防范、收益分配风险的防范等方面论述了企业财务风险防范的措施。
This paper introduces the mea ni ng and classification of the financial risks of enterprise, expounds the prewarn ing systems that can prevent the financial risks of enterprise, the integrated f inancial prewarning system and the financial prewarning sub-system, and discusse s on the measures for preventing the financial risks of enterprise from aspects of preventing the financing risks, preventing the investing risks, preventing th e income recovering risks, and preventing the benefit distributing risks, etc.
