In the hydraulic works, people often manage to determine the quantity of the hydrostatic-pressure of a certain plane wall to meet the needs of the stability of the works. This paper discusses on the application of the definite integral in the calculation of the hydrostatic-pressure, and determines the calculation formula pf the hydrostatic-pressure, which provides the theoretical calculation for the engineering design.
