论大学生创新精神培养的人性本质

On the Essence of Humanity During the Cultivation of Creative Spirit of the College Students'

创新性是人的本性中天然而合理的要求。创新的过程即人的本质逐渐被揭示、占有,人最终成为一个全面发展的人的过程。创新精神是当代大学生培养目标题中应有之义,但是当代大学生面临着创新精神缺失的问题。为了培养大学生的创新精神,首先必须纠正关于创新认识上的误区———实现“三种转向”;其次明确创新活动和创新精神的正确内涵———体现为“三个结合”;最后还要落实为具体的方法———实现“三种对话”。

Creativity is a natural and reasonable demand of human nature. The process of creativity is the process of unclosing and owning the essence of human being, and of becoming a wholly developed person. Although the creative spirit should be one of goals in cultivation the contemporary college students'cultivation, these students confront the problems of the absence of the creative spirit. For cultivating college students'creative spirit, first we must correct some mistakes about recognition of creativity, and realize 'three kinds of turns'; second we must explicit the right meaning of creative activity and spirit, and embody 'three kinds of connection'; at last we must also fall onto the concrete methods, and realize 'three kinds of dialogues'.
