环磷腺苷葡甲胺对治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate on Cardiac Insufficiency

目的临床观察环磷腺苷葡甲胺对慢性心功能不全的治疗效果。方法应用用MCA静点150mg每日一次,治疗30例不同病因的慢性心功能不全2周,观察治疗前后心功能改变情况。结果超声心动图测定左心功能各项指标均有不同程度地提高;用药前后两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论环磷腺苷葡甲胺对治疗慢性心功能不全有明显疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Meglumine Cyclic Adenylate on chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods 30 cases of Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency with different pathogeny were treated with injection Meglumine cyclic Adenylate 150mg once a day for 2 weeks.The cardiac function before and after the treatment were observed.Results The various data of left ventricular systolic function mensurated by echocardiography were improved;There was significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion The meglumine Cyclic Adenylate is effective on the treatment of Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency.
