摘要 传统方式开发的监控与数据采集系统(SCADA),由于不具备开发性,工业控制软件缺乏统一的工业标准,致使不同厂家提供的软件之间进行通信存在巨大困难;同时,由于各厂家提供的软件对控制系统硬件操作的设备驱动程序接口各不相同,软件开发者必须针对不同的硬件开发相应的驱动程序。OPC规范就是在这样的背景下产生的。OPC规范是由OPC基金会(OPC Foundation)制定的一个工业自动化数据通信标准,它规范了过程控制和生产自动化软件与用OPC服务器实现的硬件驱动程序之间的开放接口。该文介绍了OPC规范的基本原理,并用MicrosoftVisualC++提供的微软基础类库(MFC)实现了客户/服务器模型的编程。 Since the traditional SCAD A(supervisory control and data acquisition) system has no ability of being developed, industrial control software lacks unif orm industrial standard. Thus it is difficult for software provided by different manufacturers to communicate with each other. And since equipment driver interf aces of software provided by different manufacturers are different from each oth er, software developers have to develop different drivers for different hardware .OPC(OLE for process control)Specification is created in this case.It's a data communication standard of industry automatization defined by OPC Foundation ,whi ch standardizes the open interface between process control and the software of m anufacture automation and the driver of hardwares realized by OPC server.This p aper introduces the fundamental of OPC Specification, and shows the main program of client/server model in MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class) provided by Microsoft Visual C++.
