摘要 列车制动系统直接关系到列车行车的安全,并和列车能否顺利提速、列车运行是否平稳舒适等有关,是列车控制系统中非常重要的一个环节。作为操纵控制的DK-1型机车制动机是一个集电与空气于一体的机电系统,其原理和状态转换过程复杂。为给乘务人员的操纵培训提供一个既有真实操纵感觉又能直观理解其原理过程的装置,研制了列车制动系统的半实物仿真及原理过程显示装置。该文介绍了列车制动系统半实物仿真的总体结构,并根据DK-1型机车制动机原理与结构的特点,讨论了其工作原理过程与状态的几类显示方法,给出了原理过程与状态显示软件的实现方案。该方法同样也适用于其它具有电和机械结构系统的原理过程的动态显示。 Train brake system concerns the security of the moving train, and wh ether the train could raise speed smoothly and work steady. I t is a very important link in train control systems. DK-1 locomotive brake, whic h plays an important role in controlling and handling locomotive brake system, i s one electromechanical system including electric system and air pipeline system . Its principle and state transfer process are complicated. In order to offer a device to trainmen who want to master its principle process, we develop hardware -in-the-loop simulator for locomotive brake system and its principle process d isplay device, which can give trainmen true manipulation feeling. According to t he characteristic of DK-1 locomotive brake's principle and structure, this paper introduces the overall design of hardware-in-the-loop simulation for SS4G loc omotive brake system. Several showing methods of its work principle are compared and one method is selected. This method can also apply to the trends showing of the principle process about system which includes both circuit and mechanical s tructure.
