肿瘤坏死因子-α与脂肪肝
摘要
肿瘤坏死因子是一种有多种生物学功能的细胞因子,根据其来源和结构不同,可分为肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β),其中TNF-α在脂肪肝的发病中起着重要的作用.TNF-α的细胞来源极为广泛,包括各种免疫细胞、内皮细胞、成纤维细胞、表皮细胞、角质细胞等等,近年来的研究发现在脂肪、肌肉组织细胞中亦有TNF-αmRNA的表达.
