Analysis of Costs and Length of Stay for Medical Insurance Disease

目的 探讨医保患者部分病种的住院日和住院费用 ,找出医院应重点控制的医保病种。方法 对医保患者和非医保患者 ,按医保部门公布的常见病种计算一年的平均住院日和住院费用 ,并与上一年度比较。结果医院对医保患者住院收费结构与非医保患者基本相同 ;在公布的大部分医保病种中 ,医保患者住院费用较非医保患者低。说明医院对医保患者的住院费用控制较严格。结论 医保政策对医疗机构严格控制医疗消耗起到了有力的促进作用。随着覆盖面扩大 。

Objective Aimed at some medical Insurance diseases,the length of stay and medical costs of patien ts are discussed.From the diseases which were released from department of medical insurance,we can find out the major diseases to be controlled in ho spital.Methods Calculating the average length of stay and medical costs across one year, and comparing with previous year′s val ues.At the same time,the comparison are completed between the patients in medi cal insurance and those not in.Results The compos ition of costs of medical insurance patients(MIP)are almost consistent with of patients that not in medical insurance(NMIP).For most diseases,total medical costs of MIP are less than those of NMIP.Conclusion The policy of medical insurance advanced the controll of medical cost e xorbitance.Along with the constant enlargement of medical insurance, the paymen t mode according to medical treatments may need improvement. [
