摘要
本文为福建武夷山国家级自然保护区生物多样性GEF项目成果之一,调查了保护区内武夷山中亚热带常绿阔叶林生态定位站定位研究的具有代表性的森林生态系统的物种多样性.米槠群落是保护区内常绿阔叶林的代表性类型之一.应用物种丰富度指数、ShannonWiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度、Simpson指数和PIE对武夷山米槠群落维管束植物进行了物种多样性研究.结果表明前三者是较好的多样性指标,该群落的物种丰富度指数值为39.058,ShannonWiener指数值H′为4.665,Pielou均匀度为81.56%,Simpson指数为59.022,种间相遇机率PIE为0.983.群落乔木层与灌木层的物种多样性较高,前者各项指数值分别为11.949,3.740,82.32%,26.792,0.963;后者各项指数值分别为19.658,4.110,81.59%,36.897,0.973.
As a part of project for conserving the biodiversity of GEF in Wuyishan Biosphere Reserve,we had studied the species diversity of typical Castanopsis carlesii community.Richness index,Shannon-Wiener Diversity index,Pielou evenness,Simpson index,PIE were used to analysis the species diversity of vascular plants from 24 plots.The results showed that the former three indices were better,in this community,the Richness index was 39.058,Shannon-Wiener index was 4.665,Pielou evenness was 81.56%,the Simpson index value was 59.022,PIE was 0.983.The canopy and shrub layer plants had higher indices,the former were 11.949,3.740,82.32%,26.792,0.963 respectively,and the later were 19.658,4.110,81.59%,36.897,0.973 respectively.
