摘要 系统性红斑狼疮为一种累及全身多系统的风湿免疫性疾病。传统治疗主要为应用肾上腺皮质激素和免疫抑制剂,但临床治疗效果并不理想。而骨髓移植治疗系统性红斑狼疮已日益被关注。 Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a heterogeneous,multisystem rheumatic autoimmune disease and is responsive to treatment with corticosteroids and immune suppressive traditionally.But many patients remain poor prognosis in clinic.Bone marrow transplantation which offers the potential to improve long-term outcome in those with a poor prognosis is highlighted.
