补肾活血方对子宫内膜异位症不孕患者子宫内膜的影响

Experiment Study on Treating Infertility Patient of Endometriosis with Bushenhuoxue Fang

目的观察补肾活血方对子宫内膜接受性指标整合素亚单位β3、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)不孕患者子宫内膜上皮细胞中的影响。方法EM不孕患者50例,随机分为补肾活血方治疗组(30例)和丹那唑对照组(20例),治疗前后应用免疫组织化学方法检测种植窗期子宫内膜上皮细胞TNF-α、整合素亚单位β3表达情况,应用HSCORE评分作半定量分析,用非参数Wilcoxon检验做统计学处理。结果治疗组子宫内膜整合素亚单位β3的表达治疗后较治疗前明显提高,而TNF-α则明显降低,整合素亚单位β3较对照组有显著性差异。结论补肾活血方可降低子宫内膜异位症不孕患者种植窗期子宫内膜上皮细胞TNF-α表达,增强整合素亚单位β3的表达,通过调节子宫内膜的接受性来提高EM不孕患者的受孕率。

Objective To observe the effects of Bushenhuoxue Fang on expressions of integrin subunitsβ3 associated with endometrial receptivity and tumor necrotic factor alpha (TNF-α) in endometrial epithelial cells in infertility patient with endometriosis and clinic effects to the infertility patient with endometriosis. Methods Fifty patients were randomly distributed to two groups. Bushenhuoxue Fang were observed (30 cases) and compared with danazol (20 cases). Using immunohistochemical method we detected the expression of integrin subunitsβ3 and TNF-α in endometrial epithelial cells before and after administration of during implantation phase. The results were analysed semi-quantitatively using HSCORE. The significance was determined by Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results During implantation phase, the expressions of integrin subunits β3 in endometrial epithelial cells increased significantly in two group after administration. There were significant different between two groups. The expressions of TNF-α significantly reduced after treatment and no significant difference taken place in the two groups. Conclusion Bushenhuoxue Fang was able to reduce the expression of TNF-α and increase the expressions of integrin subunits β 3 in endometrial epithelial cells of infertility patient with endometriosis during implantation phase. Therefore, they can increse the pregnancy rate of infertility patient with endometriosis through regulating the uteriner receptivity.
