雷公藤提取液对荷S_(180)肉瘤小鼠血中丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的影响

Effects of TWHF on Serum MDA and SOD in Mice Bearing S_(180) Sarcoma

目的探讨雷公藤提取液(TWHF)对荷S180肉瘤小鼠血中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法采用TBA比色法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法观察TWHF瘤内注射后对荷S180肉瘤小鼠血中MDA和SOD的影响。结果雷公藤提取液可使荷S180肉瘤小鼠血中MDA降低而SOD水平升高。结论雷公藤提取液的抗肿瘤作用可能与其提高SOD活性,降低自由基水平有关。

Objective To observe the effects of TWHF on serum MDA and SOD activity in mice bearing S180 sarcoma. Methods Serum MDA and SOD in mice bearing S180 sarcoma treated by TWHF were determined. Results Serum MDA content decreased and serum SOD content increased in mice bearing S180 sarcoma treated by TWHF. Conclusion The antitumor effect of TWHF might be by means of decreasing free redicals and increasing SOD activity in mice bearing S180 sarcoma.
