摘要 目的优化复方土荆皮乳膏的基质组成和制备工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以所制乳剂离心分层油层的高度为考察指标,对影响乳剂稳定的主要因素进行优选。结果以油相硬脂酸-白凡士林-硬脂醇-液体石蜡为2∶2∶2∶3、乳化剂用量为5%、HLB值为12、乳化温度为80℃为最佳条件。结论按此条件制备的乳膏色泽均匀、质地细腻、稳定性高。 Objective To optimize matrix composition and technology for compound cortex pseudolaricis emulsion. Method Using the height of oil layer in the centrifuged emulsion as evaluating criterion, the main factors that affect the stability of emulsion were selected by orthogonal design method. Result The optimum matrix composition and technology were stearic acid-white Vaselin-stearic alcohol-paraffin liquid (2∶2∶2∶3) as oil phase, emulsifying agent 5%, HLB 12 and emulsifying temperature 80℃. Conclusion The emulsion prepared by this kind of composition and technology was homogeneous, exquisite and stable.
