经尿道等离子体治疗前列腺增生220例

220 Cases of Hyperplasia of Prostate Gland Treated by Plasms Body Therapy per Urethra

摘要 目的探讨经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术治疗前列腺增生的安全性和有效性。方法对220例BPH患者采用英国Gyrus等离子体气化治疗。结果平均手术时间72min,无水中毒、尿失禁和死亡病例,无输血病例。结论该术式是一种安全性高、并发症少、治疗BPH的有效方法。
