经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨质疏松症和转移瘤 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗脊柱骨质疏松症和转移瘤的疗效和并发症的防治。方法局麻后,在C形臂X光机透视监控下进行经皮椎弓根穿刺,针尖在椎体中部即停止进针,用碘必乐行椎体造影,最后用螺旋加压器将调制好的骨水泥注入椎体。结果骨质疏松症8例(病椎11节)、转移瘤5例(病椎16节)27节病椎中26节手术成功,术后2个月以上随访,病椎部位疼痛基本消失10例,疼痛减轻3例,其中1例胸4椎体穿刺后出现胸前壁剧痛和穿刺同侧下肢麻木,均经保守治疗1周症状消失。结论PVP治疗脊柱骨质疏松症和转移瘤,能够凝滞病变、强化椎体、缓解疼痛,是一种治疗效果较好的微创技术。
