摘要
曹操 ,这位汉魏之际著名的政治家、军事家 ,堪称是三国时代人才思想的集大成者和善于用人的杰出大师 ,他一生事业的兴废都和用人当否密切相关。试从不拘一格、唯才是举 ,礼贤下士、求贤若渴 ,虚怀纳言、集思广益、赏功罚过、不论亲疏等方面对曹操的用人观加以阐述 ,以史为鉴 ,以唤起人们对人才工作和人才队伍建设的反省与思考。
Cao Cao was both a statesman and a strategist in the warring state period.His career was closely related to his success in choice of personnel.He is cited as an example in selecting personnel according to his ability and morality.
