屈大均是易代之际颇有代表性的人物。他的逃禅、归儒、从军、著述是与王朝鼎革、学术转型分不开的。贯穿他一生,指导他行动的则是他的儒生情结。他的前半生为抗清奔走呐喊,后半生则为弘扬民族文化、宣传民族精神而著书立说,以存史为存明。

Dajun Qu is a deputy of the change of times.What he had done as fleeing away from Buddhism,converting to Confucianism,joining the army and expressing his beliefs wes relative to change of dynasties and transform of ideas.It was Confucianism that had influenced and guided his whole life.His life could bedivided into two parts,theformer had been spent opposing the Qing dynasty while the later writing to enhance national culture and spirit for maintaining the image of Ming dynaaasty in history.
