摘要
英语肯定句译成汉语时应转换成否定句;从读者的角度将否定按其功能划分为:文体功能,委婉、命令、劝诱功能,信息传递功能,条件假设功能及约定俗成等几大类。
It is necessary for a translator to translate affirmative English sentences into Chinese in a negative form. Considering the function of these sentences playing on readers, they can be divided into several categories: stylistic function, euphemistic function, commanding and persuasive function, information transmissive function, conditional function, affirmative function and established form etc.
