构建适应学习型社会需要的教师教育体系

BUILDING A SYSTEM OF TEACHER EDUCATION TO MEET THE NEED OF STUDY-TYPE SOCIETY

本文通过对我国师范教育发展历程的回顾 ,阐述了教师教育替代师范教育的必然性 ;对构建新型的教师教育体系 ,从教师教育的特点 ,重视教师职前培养 ,通过实施终身教育实现职前培养和在职培训一体化 ,提高教师专业化水平等几个方面作了论述 ,明确提出加强教师队伍建设和综合性大学参与教师教育 。

The paper, by reviewing the development course of teacher education in China, focuses on the inevitability of teacher education replacing normal education, elaborates upon the building of a new-type system of teacher education in the ways of the characteristics of teacher education, the emphasis of teacher pre-service education, the realization by means of life-long education of the integration of pre-service training and in-service training, the improvement of teachers' professional level, etc., and proposes that to intensify the construction of a teacher force and get universities involved in teacher education should be an effective method to cultivate professional teachers of good quality.
