摘要
面对新世纪世界各国竞相开放和发展的新机遇和新挑战,我们必须与时俱进,开拓创新,在深化当前教育改革中加强创新教育,努力培养和提高青年学生的创新素质。这不但具有适应新世纪全面综合创新要求的时代价值和我国实现“科教兴国”的社会价值,而且具有适应全面推进素质教育要求的独特的教育价值。
Facing the new challenges and opportunities in the new century,we should cultivate and improve the young generations’abilities to innovate in order to match with the pace of the times. It has many kinds of value. First of all,it has time value since it adapts to the requirements for comprehensive innovation. Secondly,it has social value since it contributes to implementing construction in our country through science and education. Thirdly,it also has distinctive educational value since it adapts to promote competence-oriented education in all-around way.
