教师科研业绩的量化,是科研管理的重要内容。本文结合高师院校教师科研工作的特点和实际情况,讨论了科研业绩量化的内容、方法等,为科研管理的规范化提供依据。
The quantification of teachers' scientific research achievements is an important aspect of scientific research management. Based on the features and reality of teachers colleges and universities,the writer has discussed the statistical content and methods of scientific research achievements, which are the basis of standardization of scientific research management.
