摘要
科研素质是高校辅导员的基本素质。新时期加强高校辅导员科研素质培养非常重要,时代对高校辅导员科研素质提出了要求,要全面提高辅导员的科研素质。
Presently, qualities education with undergraduates is firstly based on political educators′ qualities. This article analyses the importance of strengthening scientific cultivation of college political educators qualities currently, also put forward therequirements of college political educators′ scientific qualities. Meanwhile, discusses how to improve the qualities thoroughly.
