摘要
目的:研究心室肌细胞在外加周期性电流作用下的运动模式。方法:利用Beeler Reuter模型重建动作电位,加上不同频率和强度的周期性电流刺激,进行计算机数值实验。结果:扰动电流幅度A<0.01时,系统运动轨道是准周期的;扰动电流幅度A>0.01时,系统运动模式是锁相的。结论:心脏可激系统在外周期驱动下,可产生高倍周期锁相运动。
Objective: To study the movement modes of the ventricular cells under periodic perturbation current. Methods: We reconstructed the action potential of ventricular cells using Beeler-Reuter model and performed simulation (experiment) on computer with periodic perturbation of different frequencies and strength. Results: The modes of the system were quosiperiodic when amplitude of perturbation current A was lower than 0.01, and phase locking when A was above (0.01). Conclusion: The cardiac excitable system could induce multi-periodic phase locking mode driven by periodic perturbation.
