VEGF-C及其受体Flt-4基因在非小细胞肺癌中的表达

Expressions of VEGF-C and its receptor Flt-4 in nonsmall cell lung cancer

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF C)及其受体Flt4与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织的关系。方法:采用RT PCR检测40例NSCLC、12例癌旁组织VEGF C、Flt4基因的转录表达,并与肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果:NSCLC中VEGF CmRNA及Flt4mRNA的相对含量明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);与淋巴结转移正相关(P<0.01)。VEGF CmRNA与肺癌的TNM分期正相关(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF C与NSCLC的发生有一定关系;VEGF C表达可做为肺癌患者判断淋巴转移的估计指标之一。

Objective: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and c-fms-like tyrosine kinase-4(Flt-4) in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the relationship with the pathologic characters.Methods:The RT-PCR method Was used to determine the mRNA expression of VEGF-C and its receptor Flt-4.Forty cases of NSCLC and 12 of paratumor tissue were included.Results: The relative contents of VEGF-C mRNA and Flt-4 mRNA in NSCLC were higher than those in paracancer tissues(P<0.01,P<0.001). Positive correlation between the expressions and lymphatic node metastasis was found(P<0.01).The expression of VEGF-C mRNA had positive correlation with tumor TNM stage(P<0.01).Conclusion: The VEGF-C has a certein relationship with the pathogenesis of NSCLC.Expression of VEGF-C can be one of indices in determining the lymphatic metastasis in patients with lung cancer.
