膀胱癌中MMP-2,9和糖蛋白P170的表达及相互关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶2,9(MMP2,MMP9)和糖蛋白P170(P170)的表达与膀胱癌的侵袭性及复发的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测64例膀胱癌组织中MMP2,MMP9和P170的表达。结果:MMP2,MMP9和P170表达均明显增高。MMP2表达随膀胱癌的病理分期、分级显著增高(P<0.05)。P170随膀胱癌病理分级及复发表达增高(P<0.05)。MMP2与MMP9,P170表达显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测MMP2,P170对预测膀胱癌的恶性度及复发转移可能有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), and P-glycoprotein(P170) in bladder cancer, and analyze the relationship with the invasion and relapse. Methods:The expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9, and P170 in 64 cases of bladder cancer and normal bladder tissue were detected with immunohistochemical staining. Results: The positive rates of MMP-2, MMP-9 and P170 in bladder cancer were significantly higher than those in normal bladder tissue. The expression of MMP-2increasedwithtumorstageandgrade (P<0.05). The expression of P170 increased with tumor grade and stage (P<0.05). Expression of MMP-2 in bladder cancer was significantly correlated with the expression of MMP-9 and P170 (P<0.05). Conclusion: The closed correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and P170 in bladder cancer indicates the combined detection of these 2 markers, which will provide a more accurate way to evaluate the malignance and recurrence of bladder cancer.
