Analysis of one case of diaphragmatocele of wound nature treated surgically

创伤性膈疝是胸外科严重急症,临床表现错综复杂,导致临床外科医师在早期诊断和手术探查时容易发生漏诊。该病例系较重的多发性创伤,现将其创伤特点及治疗体会报告如下。

The diaphragmatocele of wound nature is a serious emergency symptom of chest surgery.Clinical manifestation is complex.As a result,it causes that surgeons might misdiagnose in the early stage.This case is a serious frequently-occurring wound disease.The wound character and treatment experience will be reported in this paper.
