摘要
目的:探讨培养护生掌握有效的护患沟通方式。方法:通过对2000￣2004年来我院儿科实习的985名护理实习生的临床沟通能力培养和效果评价。结果:护生沟通能力不断加强,患者满意率提高。结论:沟通能力的培养有利于提高护生的工作效率和自信心。
ion: Objective To explore how to train the nursing-trainee's communication ability with patients. Methods Training the clinical communication ability and evaluating the effects of 985 nursing-trainee practising in our department from 2000 to 2004. Results The communication ability of nuring-trainee is strengthened constantly,and patient's satisfaction has been improved. Conclusion It helps to improve the nuring-trainee's working efficiency and self-confidence to link up the cultivation of communication ability.
