摘要 目的:调查北京市各级医院护理管理体制的现状,为卫生行政部门及各级医院进行管理体制改革、建立最优管理模式提供科学依据。方法:问卷调查法。结果:50所医院完整的填写了问卷,48%的医院采取的是护理部-科护士长-护士长三级管理体制,52%的医院采取的是护理部-护士长二级管理体制,68%的医院护理部和科主任共同管理护士,42%的医院护理部和人事部门共同调配护士。结论:北京市各级医院护理管理体制与卫生部的要求相一致,具有时代性,但是护理管理体制的细则上仍存在许多问题。 To provide scientific evidence for the innovation of current management system and establishment of the best management mode in health administrative departments and all class hospitals through surveying the current nursing management system of all class hospitals in Beijing. Method: Using questionnaire. Results: There were 50 hospitals answered the questions. Nursing department - division head nurse - ward head nurse three - class management system was adopted by 48 percent of the hospitals. Nursing department - ward head nurse two - class management system was adopted by 52 percent of the hospitals. Nurses were administrated by both the nursing department and the division directors in 68 percent of the hospitals. Nurses were dispensed by the nursing department and the personnel ministry in 42 percent of the hospitals. Conclusion: The nursing management systems in all class hospitals of Beijing are coincident to the requirement of Ministry of Health. The management systems are modern, but many questions exist in the details of them.
