This article discussed the content of informed consent and how to perform the notify obligation. The author suggested that hospitalization notify should be given to the new in-patients, the condition of disease and therapeutic progresses during hospitalization should be given to the patients timely, and the particular discharging guide should be given. The author also believed that only when they enhanced their law consciousness, held the degree of notify appropriately, and mastered the skills of communication, the health professionals could comply the notify obligation fully.
