摘要
目的观察槟榔提取物杀灭钉螺的效果。方法采用室内浸杀法,对槟榔乙醇提取物的杀螺效果及抑制钉螺上爬情况进行观察。结果槟榔乙醇提取物浸泡钉螺24、48h和72h的LC50分别为60.9、26.9mg/L和16.3mg/L。浸泡24h时,12.5mg/L浓度明显抑制钉螺上爬,而25.0mg/L的上爬率为0。结论槟榔乙醇提取物具有较好的杀灭钉螺效果和抑制钉螺上爬作用,是一种有研究价值的植物杀螺剂。
Objective To explore the molluscieidal effect of Areca catechu on Oncomelania hupen-sis. Methods The molluscieidal effect of A. catechu and the rate of snails climbing-upward were investigated by using immersion method. Results The LC50 of the alcohol extract of A. catechu was 60. 9 mg/L for 24 hours immersion, 26. 9 mg/L for 48 hours and 16. 3 mg/L for 72 hours , respectively. A. catechu showed an inhibiting effect on the snails' climbing-upward in the concentration of 12. 5 mg/L. The climbing-upward rate of snails after immersed for 24 h in the solution of 25. 0 mg/L was 0. Conclusion The alcohol extract of A. catechu has a strong molluscieidal effect and a fine inhibiting effect on the snails' climbing-upward, so A. catechu is one of potential plant mollusci-cides.
