持续性心房颤动药物复律后心房收缩功能恢复的观察

摘要 目的 观察持续性心房颤动药物复律后心房收缩功能的恢复过程。方法 5 3例持续性心房颤动患者在药物复律后第1、1 4、2 8天运用超声心动图检测舒张期跨二尖瓣血流。结果 复律后A峰、A波积分逐步升高(0 . 3 5±0 . 1 0cm/s至0 . 62±0 . 1 1cm/s、4 .43±1 . 3 6cm/s2至6. 0 2±1. 5 0cm/s2 ) ,A波积分占总积分比例由2 6±7%上升至3 4±8%。结论 持续性心房颤动经药物复律后心房收缩功能逐步缓慢恢复。 Objective To observe the recovery of atrial systolic function after pharmacological cardioversion of persistent atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm. Methods Echocardiographic was performed on day 1, 14 and 28 after pharmacological cardioversion to measure transmitral diastolic flow in 53 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. Results After cardioversion peak A wave velocity and integrated late atrial velocities increased gradually (from 0.35±0.10cm/s to 0.62±0.11 cm/s and 4.43±1.36cm/s2 to 6.02±1.50cm/s2,respectively). The atrial controbution to total transmitral flow increased from 26±7% to 34±8%. Conclusions The atrial systolic function restored gradually and slowly after pharmacological cardioversion of persistent atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm.
