<Abstrcat>The author of this article made a criticism of the value of the Scheinbare Voumatcht system and analized the advantages and disadvantages of the three theories about it from all parts,and put forward the forming important conditions of Scheinbare Voumatcht in our country.The author thought that we should grasp the forming important conditions of Scheinbare Vouamatcht from four sides,in order to form the Scheinbare Voumatcht system to be fit for our socialist market economy.
