知识经济是指以现代科学技术为核心的,建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用上的新型经济。其特点包括:更新速度飞升,智力因素成为生产力发展的第一推动力,以高新技术产业和信息业为支柱、创新性等。其基础决定性、不断创新性、无限社会性、载体特殊性都对高校团学工作提出了新的要求。适应知识经济的要求,就要着力培养学生的时代意识、价值意识、创新意识和竞争意识。

<Abstrcat>knowledge economy is a new-type economy which is formed by the production,distribution and application of knowledge and information with the modern science and technology as its core.The features of knowledge economy are as following:its renewal is quickening;intelligence has already been the first propellant factor of the labor development;new and high technology enterprises and information enterprises have become its pillar;its outstanding ability to make innovations and so on.It′s special features have brought us new challenges to the work on the youth league and students of universities.To meet the needs of knowledge economy,we should focus our attention on training students′ con-sciousness of times,value,innvation and competition.
