自体骨髓移植后患者生存质量的动态调研

DYNAMIC ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE FORPATIENTS WITH HEMATOLOGIC MALIGNANCIES AFTERAUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION

报告我科自１９８３年来接收自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）并无病存活半年以上２１例恶性血液病患者动态生存质量（ＱＯＬ）调研的结果。证实１年后绝大多数患者的ＱＯＬ可恢复到接近正常或可适应社会生活的程度，ＡＢＭＴ移植期间患者的情绪、精神等心态活动和对经济的忧虑应引起医务人员、亲属及至社会的关注。继续积累更多病例的随访，有益进一步改善ＡＢＭＴ全过程中影响患者ＱＯＬ的有关条件。

ith the success and availability of autologous bonemarrow transplantation (ABMT) in treatment of pa-tients with various malignant and life-threatening hema-tologic diseases, the number of long-term disease-freesurvivors continues to increases. It is imperative that is-sues related to their quality of life (QOL) be addressedto help guide the procedure of ABMT as a whole. Wedetermined the QOL in 21 patients undergoing ABMTfor lymphomas and acute leukemias between June 1983and Decemhar 1992. All patients in this report had afninimum follow-up of six months, with a median of 59months (range 6～121 months). Our results suggestedthat QOL was most impaired at 3 months, recoveredgradualiy to a reasonable and acceptable degree by oneyear postautografting. The changes of psychosocial ac-tivities in the patients ouring and after ABMT should bconcerned by docntors, nurses and family relatives. Con-tinued accumulation of such data can help us to improvethe conditions of the patients before, during and afterABMT.
